“Our cuisine is based off of American breakfast as well as lunch with a Thai fusion twist. We strive to please our customers with flavors that challenge their tongues as well as their minds. For flexibility for the everyday eater, we work with rice based cooking ingredients to please our gluten and vegetarian patrons. For cross contamination we have separate pans for our gluten free and vegetarian customers. On top of that we keep all of our gluten products up and away from the rest of our gluten free items.”
