I have never had such a scrumptious waffle including before I was gluten intolerant. You will never know you are eating gluten free! The two folks that run the restaurant/coffee house take great pride in providing excellent service and are eager to please. My husband had the Waffle Ranchero. The portion was so large he couldn’t eat it all. I can’t write enough positive comments to do this little place justice. Try it for yourself. You will not be disappointed!
