Italian – DaVinci’s prides themselves on helping and working with different allergies. For the gluten-free, they offer gluten-free pizza in addition to gluten-free pasta for any of their pasta dishes. (They have confirmed with us that they use separate water and containers for their gluten-free pasta). As of Dec 2009, they are reportedly working on getting gluten free bread in as well.
