You can pick up their recipe in the store along with their GF mix.  They do not use a bread macine to make it]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for reviewing my bread recipe and giving me the kick in the tail that I needed to get that post updated. This morning I added more detailed directions about the bread machine instructions and instructions for baking in a conventional oven. I also added information on substitutions. 

I hope that you&#039;ll try the recipe again. I agree that the bread pictured above does not look at all good. The bread should be taller and fluffier and have a nice dark brown crust.

Oh, and by the way, the masa harina is super absorbent, so almond flour is a better substitute. Corn meal or corn flour would throw the wet/dry ratio out of whack.]]></description>
