It’s been a while since we posted some news. Summer has been a busy time! We got an email from the Options Baking Company that they would be at a Gluten-Free Fair at LifeSource Natural Foods in Salem, Oregon. After some investigatory work, we discovered that the fair is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2009 from 11 AM to 3 PM. Their blurb says “Sample Gluten-Free Products, Educate Yourself & Connect with the Gluten-Free Community.” Those all sound like great things to do. Italy! So jealous! I’ve wanted to go ever since reading Shauna’s (of glutenfreegirl) stories about eating there easily and safely. have a fantastic time, and tell us all about it when you get back!!
Thanks Gaile! We are super jazzed! We’ve never been to Italy and though we were willing to forage for our food if need be, we were so psyched to read Shauna’s experience. If we can get our act together, we might post a thing or two from Italy. At least some pics, eh? But if not, we will DEFINITELY post about it when we get back. :)
