Glutino’s Frozen Pizza Crusts are the best by far….bake up crispy, not doughy. Unfortunately, no stores in my area carry them any longer. It is a shame since they are far better than Udi’s and other brands.

Of all the gluten-free crusts/pizzas I’ve tried so far, my favorite is the spinach and feta Glutino one. I do NOT like the two cheese one though – I was hoping it would be good but it was not.

Underwhelmed indeed!! I thought the Glutino Pizza crust was pretty lousy. But desperate to eat GF pizza. I did like New Cascadia’s pizza. Crust was thin and crispy, but a little bit tough at the same time. Yet, a delicious pizza treat.

Man, when New Cascadia opens, you HAVE to try their pizza crust, if you haven’t already. It’s the best ever! Better than a lot of wheat crusts.
