		<description>That kumquat glaze looks delicious!  I think it would be great on biscuits; I&#039;ll have to follow the link to see what Gina used it for.  I too love gf pancakes, so I&#039;ll have to check out her recipe for that also!</description>

		<description>The color is problematic with this one.  I recommend a mix with a lot of tapioca starch for browning.  I&#039;ve never done this recipe with the Bob&#039;s Red Mill flour mix - I find the bean flavor of that mix a little disconcerting, too.  The original non-vegan recipe calls for basting the tops with butter.  I&#039;m sure that would improve their look, but butter isn&#039;t vegan!  I never use margarine.  Coconut cream simply does not brown at all, which is why the scones come out a little pale.  It&#039;s also why I don&#039;t recommend basting with it.  I&#039;m really glad they came out!  The kumquat glaze looks great - thanks for trying that, too.  It&#039;s great to see someone else trying my recipes.</description>
