I wanted to mention that Bob&#039;s Red Mill, an Oregon based company, has an excellent array of flours including GF Sorghum flour. See the website: www.bobsredmill.com. I find Bob&#039;s Redmill products in many grocery stores like Safeway, Albertson&#039;s, Fred Meyer; and of course the local co-ops and smaller grocery stores.</description>
